Transformative Parrot Conservation/
Conservación Transformadora
De Loros

Transformative Conservation theory and practice aids organizations and individuals in achieving both inner and outer transformation. Inner transformation refers to how we relate to each other and other species and outer transformation is about changing our society and economy so it is more just and where all can flourish.  This is no easy or quick fix, and realizing the challenges for people as individuals and in conservation projects to change can be daunting.

For this reason we will gather every month (except in July and August) to learn about Transformative Conservation, parrot conservation in general, and support one another in how we can lead transformative change in our daily lives and projects. Cutting edge topics and papers will be reviewed and special speakers to lead discussions will be featured at times.

Brought to you, free of charge, by One Earth Conservation’s Parrot Conservation Corps that has led year-long courses in Transformative Conservation.  Meeting days and times may vary.
