NURTURE
NATURE

Our Nurture Nature program is for anyone who desires a better world for themselves and for others. Deep within we know that something is amiss, and that a more beautiful world is possible, for everyone. By nurturing your emotional, social, multispecies, ecological, and spiritual natures, you will experience greater belonging, beauty, reverence, wholeness, joy, and vitality, and so might your families, communities, and organizations.

BIRD WALK OF THE DEAD

In-Person

Special Halloween event at 9:00am on November 1, 2025
Lake Wateree State. Park Office, South Carolina!

This is a bird walk meant for all generations. We will look for birds and connect to nature. Our theme this month is highlighting birds that remind us of the Halloween season: vampire birds, zombie parrots, bird ghosts, and birds that eat the dead. We will discuss threats to birds, birds that have gone extinct, and how we can help protect and cherish birds. Led by Rev. Dr. LoraKim Joyner, renowned bird conservationist.
